Enrollment Process

We invite prospective families to visit Jenny Hart by attending one of our scheduled tours offered throughout the month. Touring our campus is a wonderful opportunity to see our classrooms, meet our staff, and learn more about our program and daily routines.

If you are unable to attend one of our scheduled tour dates, please call our office to arrange a tour. We are happy to help families find a time that works whenever possible.

After your tour, you may submit your interest in enrollment and share your child’s information with our team. We will review availability based on your child’s age, classroom placement, and current openings. 

If there is not an opening at that time, we would love for you to stay in touch regarding future availability.

Jenny Hart currently offers enrollment on a rolling basis throughout the year. If a space is open at the time of your inquiry, we will contact you with the next steps to move forward with enrollment.

Because classroom availability can change, submitting an inquiry does not guarantee immediate placement. When an opening is available that is a good fit for your child, our team will reach out directly to your family.

If your child is offered enrollment, we will guide you through the remaining steps and provide all required forms and payment information. A non-refundable registration fee of $225 and a deposit equal to 50% of the monthly tuition are due upon enrollment.
